Hello Brewing Company operates out of a 122-year-old bungalow built in 1904, a building that spent more than a century as a home before the brewery moved in back in 2022. The result is a taproom that feels less like a bar and more like being invited over — low ceilings, worn wood, and a backyard energy that a purpose-built taproom just can't fake.

The Fort Collins Area Chamber is honoring the Colorado State University Bookstore as its July Business of the Month, with a reception held Thursday, July 23.

According to CSU Source, Business of the Month honorees are chosen from chamber members that have belonged for ten years or more, selected by a vote among the chamber's Red Carpet Ambassadors, board, and staff.

It's a small, easy-to-miss honor, but it's the kind of recognition that adds up: a CSU-adjacent institution getting a nod from the broader Fort Collins business community, a reminder of how tightly the university and the city's Main Street economy are woven together.
